Discovering the Charm of Raleigh's Newest Residential Home Communities

As the capital of North Carolina, Raleigh is full of many diverse residential home communities and we wanted to highlight some of our favorites.

This city is such a wonderful place to call home, and it rewards homeowners with lower costs for healthcare (13% lower), housing (19% lower), transportation (4% lower), and energy (5% lower) than the national average (data from Salary.com).

The Raleigh region is also known for its technology and universities. There’s North Carolina State University and Wake Technical Community College, and the whole area is known as the Research Triangle (with the vertices being Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Durham).

This flourishing city and its surrounding region are just waiting for you to explore and find your forever home. Here are some of the amazing communities DRB Homes—an industry leader with decades of award-winning homebuilding experience—has the pleasure to build in.
