As used herein, “Qualifying Home” shall mean and refer to each of DRB Homes’ to-be-built and previously constructed homes located on the following homesites/lots, individually: (i) each of DRB Homes’ homesites/lots in the Adagio subdivision (Dacula, GA) ([Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $15,000; promotional pricing discount/“savings” of $52,606 with respect to homesite/lot 31]); (ii) each of DRB Homes’ homesites/lots in the Berkeley Lake subdivision (Locust Grove, GA) ([Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $25,000, provided, however, that the Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount for homesites/lots 26 and 37 shall be up to $12,500; promotional pricing discount/“savings” of $14,267 for homesite/lot 26 and $22,307 for homesite/lot 37]); (iii) homesite/lot 35 in the Dillon Park subdivision (South Fulton, GA) ([Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $12,000; promotional pricing discount/“savings” of $10,997]); (iv) each of DRB Homes’ homesites/lots in the Flakes Mill subdivision ([Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $25,000; promotional pricing discount/“savings” of $32,456 for homesite/lot 29 and $15,536 for homesite/lot 48]); (v) homesites/lots 7 and 25 in the North Hampton Crossing subdivision (Hampton, GA) ([Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $16,000; promotional pricing discount/“savings” of $18,657 for homesite/lot 7 and $27,407 for homesite/lot 25]); (vi) homesite/lot 6 in the Saddleridge subdivision (Senoia, GA) ([Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $20,000; promotional pricing discount/“savings” of $45,156]); (vii) homesite/lot 182 in the Towne Center subdivision (Hampton, GA) ([Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $15,000; promotional pricing discount/“savings” of $10,000]); and (viii) homesite/lot 180 in the Traditions at Crystal Lake subdivision (Hampton, GA) ([Maximum DRB Homes Contribution Amount of up to $25,000; promotional pricing discount/“savings” of $35,067]).
