Real Estate Agent Programs

DRB Group values its relationship with the real estate agent community. We consider Agents our partners and warmly welcome you and your clients. We work hard to ensure that you have the most up to date information by listing our homes in the MLS database. DRB Group has a Broker in Charge for all licensed states. See a sales consultant for programs available in your area.

REGISTRATION

Clients must be registered by the Real Estate Agent. To register a client, the Agent may do one of the following:

PRE-REGISTER: Call the Model Home or Sales Center to register a client by phone. The Community Sales Consultant must complete an Agent Registration Form, indicating the date of the client’s visit. The Agent must sign the form upon the visit to the community.

ON SITE REGISTRATION: Accompany the client on their visit to each community Model Home or Sales Center and register the client at that time. The Agent must complete and sign the Agent Registration form.

PRE-REGISTRATIONS are good for 2 weeks from the date the client is registered. It is the Agent’s responsibility to renew this registration, not the DRB Group Community Sales Consultants. Prospects must bring their Agent’s business card and/or notify the Community Sales Consultant that they are pre-registered and working with the Agent.

ON SITE REGISTRATIONS made at the time of the visit are valid for 30 days and it is the Agent’s responsibility to re-register the client after the 30-day period, if necessary.

These guidelines apply for each individual community and for all builder brands (DRB Homes and DRB Elevate). Therefore, if an Agent’s client intends to visit more than one DRB Group community, he/she must follow these procedures for each community visited.
