All “Outdoor Living Options” are limited to the specific items (including the items within the specific DRB option numbers, if applicable) designated/made available for selection by DRB, subject to configuration, design, and other limitations related to the floor plan of the home. Not all items that are “Outdoor Living Options” may be available for the specific floor plan of the home, and “Outdoor Living Options” may vary between homes. If the homebuyer does not select “Outdoor Living Options” totaling or exceeding the maximum value of the Incentive, the homebuyer shall not be entitled to receive cash and/or any alternative so that the maximum value of the Incentive may be realized by the homebuyer. The homebuyer shall be responsible for the payment of all amounts of the “Outdoor Living Options” they select in excess of the amount of the Incentive received, as reflected in the Qualifying Contract and such applicable addenda or change orders thereto memorializing the homebuyer’s option selections.
