The Incentive is limited to the following options, and the homebuyer must select one (1) option in writing to Dan Ryan Builders on or before the date they execute a Qualifying Contract: (1) “Outdoor Living Package” (approximate retail value, $10,795) which comprises a 18’ x 14’ pressure treated deck, (2) “Owner’s Oasis Package” (approximate retail value $10,980), which comprises a frameless shower door owner’s bath, raised elongated commode, cabinet upgrade #4 with respect to the owner’s bath, granite (or quartz) upgrade #3 with respect to the owner’s bath cabinet counter tops, cabinet hardware #2 with respect to applicable cabinets throughout the Home (as defined by the Qualifying Contract), deluxe owner’s bath, and a ceramic tile credit of $1,000 which may be redeemed as part of any timely tile selection made by the homebuyer with respect to the Home through Dan Ryan Builder’s design center, (3) “Top Shelf Kitchen Package” (approximate retail value $11,170), which comprises cabinet upgrade #4 with respect to the kitchen, granite (or quartz) upgrade #3 with respect to the kitchen countertops, cabinet hardware #2 with respect to applicable cabinets throughout the Home, under cabinet lighting with respect to applicable kitchen cabinets, and cabinet crown molding with respect to applicable kitchen cabinets, or (4) up to $10,000 in credit(s) from Dan Ryan Builders toward closing costs in connection with Settlement of the of the purchase of the Property (as each capitalized term is defined in such applicable Qualifying Contract). The items described in options 1-3 (inclusive) above are limited to the specific items (including the items within specific upgrade or option numbers) to those designated/made available for selection by Dan Ryan Builders, subject to the configuration, design, and other limitations related to the floor plan of the Home.
